  1. Time is money, and the key to the success of your business depends on how well you manage your time. Clients that tell you they want one thing and then change their minds over and over again even after you’ve provided exactly what they have been asking for. There are only so many hours in a day so don’t squander them on clients who only disrupt your work flow.
  2. Clients who think that they are a charity case and cannot see the value of your service and always wants to haggle you for a lower price, even though the prices you set are already competitive. However, there are exceptions to this because there are clients that are trying to get their business off the ground and have limited funds. Just caution that you set clear boundaries in the beginning.
  3. Some customers are never satisfied, no matter what you do. When clients give negative feed back about your business, be sure to check the validity of the comments and makes improvements as necessary. But some people continually criticize and complain about everything because they are just negative people and there’s no getting around it.
  4. In order to run a business, you need consistent cash flow, so clients who do not pay their invoices on time disrupts your financial stability.
